- Designed and implemented an enterprise AI strategy and product transformation for a healthcare analytics company.
- Delivered a Blockchain based Bundle Payment product.
- Implemented a Flow Cell structure to standardize operations across products and teams and reduce failures and enhance the efficiency of DevOps and product engineering.
- Devised a ‘Playbook’ to integrate the disparate systems and processes of 4 acquired entities and 7 verticals.
- Successfully delivered over $1.2B in projects, ranging from acquisition/integration to infrastructure and software.
- Devised a comprehensive 3-year strategy that encompassed the entire software engineering value chain for a Fortune 100 company, resulting in substantial cost and time reduction.
- Established and led the Enterprise Architecture & Strategy office at a Fortune 500 company.
- Architected, designed and built a massively-parallel computing engine for Rockwell International/NASA.
- Established an enterprise PMO for a Fortune 500 company.
- Led the implementation of a major corporate wellness program for 5 million members.
- Led the due diligence, acquisition and integration of a $450M healthcare company.
- Led a cross-functional project team to save a $175M healthcare customer from terminating their contract.
- Consolidated three data centers into one, reduced the number of supported applications and servers by 66%, cutting millions in operating cost for a major healthcare system.
- Completely rebuilt the software product suite and the infrastructure of a healthcare insurance service company in anticipation of an exit event.
